1 credit = $0.01 USD. Server usage is billed hourly based on your server type. For example, a CX23 server uses 0.7 credits per hour (~$5.04/month). Plan credits are granted monthly and don't roll over.
You'll receive a warning email when credits are low. After credits hit zero, a grace period begins (2 hours for Free, 48 hours for Regular/Pro, 72 hours for Enterprise). During this time, you can add credits to keep your servers running. After the grace period, servers are suspended. If no credits are added, servers are deleted after the deletion period (4 hours for Free, 48 hours for Regular/Pro, 72 hours for Enterprise).
No, monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits expire 30 days after purchase. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.
Yes! You can upgrade instantly and get prorated credits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
